Question What size/diameter LED Halo ring for the OEM Shroud?

Does anyone happen to know what size/diameter the oem shroud is for a 12/13 sedan (xS if that matters).

I am going to purchase a set of halo LEDs however I have the option of buying:

60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm

which size do I need in order for it to fit directly onto the shroud, similar to the following:

Name: mb13.jpg
Views: 11143
Size: 186.6 KB

Name: orbsedan.jpg
Views: 5193
Size: 155.5 KB

I know coupes and sedans are different, so please share both if available.

thanks!

Anyone? I'd like to have all the parts ready, prior to opening the headlights. Thanks

I have the STi-R lenses to replace the stock lenses, they're 3" OD, the coupes are 2.5" OD, so I assume a 3" ID halo should fit.

Clear Lenses from The Retrofit Source Inc
I'm buying those as well but the shrouds are bigger than the diameter of the lens, so still not 100% sure.

The 80mm halo is about 5mm larger than the lens, so that would be the only choice (of the choices you listed) the 90mm would be way too big, the 70mm too small.

The ones in the pic are 3" when I bought mine from Luke products I measured and it was 3" so any 3" led ring would fit and it gets glued on top of the shroud on the sedans

I was trying to find an answer as well. The OEM projector can take either a 90mm or 100mm halo. This is coming from LightWerkz and several other guys who do headlights on the G. The turn signal also takes a 90mm halo. Morimoto XSB and Diode Dynamics HD are the best LED Halos on the market for the G.
