Smoking taillights

Ok so I smoked my tails and I'm not sure what to do with the 3rd brake light on the spoiler.

Should I leave it stock (sorta matches with reverse cuts/chrome emblems) or do I tint it same as the lights?

I think it looks good as is. If the tails were darker as well as the reverse lights, I would match the third light but as is it looks great!

Leave it as good. Everything looks awesome!!!

If you don't mind me asking, what type of tint did you get (what did you ask for) and about how much did it cost?

Thanks.

Hey it's a sun gard film 15% tint all around. I know it's a really black color I think black pearl.

Costed me about $250.

Thanks for the honest feedback!

True, before I got this setup I had everything tinted including reverse. The tails are still same darkness, my plan was not to go too dark on them at all.

Once I did reverse cutouts I also removed the brake light and was just questioning now if that was the right move.

Guys here's a pic of it before.

^ sorry when I said that I was talking about my window tint.

The light tint is much lighter than 15%. There was no exact number but I'd say either 30 or 40% for the tails so go with that.

Will any window tinting place do this?

One other question: what diffuser is that on there? Any problems with keeping it secured through the winter? I'm in Ontario as well and I DD my car. Would like to get a rear diffuser but was wondering about how it would hold up through the solid winters we have!

Winters here lately have been extremely mild.

It's no diffuser, it's a simple Matt black vinyl wrap. Looks good and is pretty cheap. Anybody who does wrappings should be able to do it.

Pretty nice. Where did you have yours done? Did the same place do your roof?
