Who can tell me how to remove these pieces of the picture please?

Is it difficult?

The silver pieces on the doors are stuck on with adhesive, should be able to slowly peel off, the parts below the radio will bemore difficult, they are all clipped in and rewrote taking other pieces off. Might be easier to cover with a vinyl
