Your stock upper grille will fit. If you have an 08 and plan on installing fog lights, you will need the newer slim washer fluid reservoir for the passenger fog light to fit.

Then you will be fine. Just swap the grille and install the new IPL/Aero bumper. No modifications needed.

11+ you don't need a Slim washer tank, it already has one.
If you have an 08-10 and want fogs, you need a slim washer tank.
If you don't want fogs and just want to leave the holes in the vents, you don't need a slim washer tank.

Grilles fit all model coupes from 08-13. IPL, Sport, Journey, Vert, whatever. Just not sedans.

I'm planning on doing the same thing, I may put in white reflectors where the fogs would go. I've seen some people trade their IPL side grilles for anniversary side grilles as some anniversary owners want to add lower fogs. As mentioned, grille will fit fine, and the slim washer tank is only needed for clearance if there is fogs in those IPL holes. And shame on you for not reading every thread of the 120 page IPL bumper swap post.

Sorry to dig up an ancient thread - but does anyone have a diy to swapping slim washers? It seems relatively simple but I haven't gotten the chance to get an up close and personal look at it and want an idea of what to do before i go on with it.

its pretty straight forward. i did it on my 08 when i added fogs to my IPL bumper. if i remember, its 3 bolts. thats it. replace and you are done. i swapped mine in about 30 mins after removing bumper.
