As for the emblem, you should have painted it to where it looks like it belongs. Even with the other chrome removed, it's not going to look right. I tell you after a while you are going to look at it and say to yourself, self, what was I thinking? At least it is easy to remove.
Edit: That post above about the black chrome would work well but make sure you do all chrome in the black chrome so it all matches.

^ I believe its a method. I forgot how its done but I believe a body shop should be able to do it for you. If you do plan to paint (yes not plastidip), then have the bodyshop look into the batarang as well. On Amazon, thats all trash.
Another idea just to save you time and money, would be painting in black. Yes, black on black, however it will blend in. Or you could do a metallic grey.

^, I wouldnt advise that. What I would advise is vinyl your car. Alot of people do it and its actually a new thing now. Looks clean and you can get many different colors. Check the forums for pictures. You can also get the individual parts vinyled as well.
