Large Creak from under shifter/seat

Hey guys..need some help. There is a fairly loud creak that happens when turning left or right at speeds that makes the chasis flex. Think highway off/on ramps. It doesn't seem to happen when the chasis flexes when hitting my driveway way. Its an 10+ car so it has the new console design. It sounds like its comming from below the shifter...but it isn't the shifter/trim itself...sounds like down deep. Almost as if the seat is creaking. But it isn't the seat. At rest, I can jump and wiggle all around and the seat is silent.

I've heard some have had the sunroof frame squeak (not the glass) due to a loose bolt. Sometimes squeaks are hard to pinpoint and really what sounds like below could be from above.

Any ideas?

I have the creak coming from the center console. If I press on it, I can make it creak. Otherwise, it will creak when I drive over uneven surfaces. I also have a rattle on the passenger front door and somewhere from the back of the car. Sometimes the dash rattles too. Basically, this car makes noise everywhere.

It's kinda of so prevalent that the dealer is going to have to address it. The car has 200 miles on it! It's really bumming me out...otherwise its a great car. Full new car report soon.

my car had the sunroof/roofliner creak within the first couple hundred miles also. They ripped the headliner apart and put some insulation on. the creak stopped since then.

I had a nasty noise like that in my '09 with 41K miles recently that I didn't originally think was coming from the seat, but eventually figured out that was the source. I actually heard the noise in different areas in back of me and to both sides depending on where I was accelerating, braking or turning. Drove me nuts, and was about to take it in, and decided to loosen up all the seat bolts then re-torque all of them to factory specs. I'm still under warranty, but saved myself the hassle of taking the car in, getting a loaner, etc. With mileage as low as yours, just take it in and let them fix it and anything else you might have on your punch list. This car is built on a solid platform, so they should be able to sort out a problem like that pretty quickly.

I too get the center console/shifter trim creak, and sometimes from somewhere in the dash, I mentioned it to the dealer, no response, also the drivers seat belt will rub against the center console and make noise, you have to pull it back so it won't rub
