front seatbelts hanging up

On my vert, the front seatbelts get pinched in the shoulder loop often. Won't retract without some fiddling. pinches where bottom of loop is stitched to seat. just a tiny gap but big enough! Service guy seemed aware of it but no fix. Ideas?

There's a TSB for it. Both driver and passenger.

Just google it and you can get the pdf format. Just show it to the dealer and they'll order the stuff.

thanks guys

i am surprised that it a matter of tension as i wouldn't want it tighter. just hangs up and must be unpinched then okay. I have seen that tsb that changes a bolt. the service guy knew of it as well and sloughed it off. Seemed a reasonable chap as well. Thanks again
