LP
OB Grill
Molded JP Lip lowered on KW
Work Varianza Machine Polish Silver

I'm thinking about Ironmans.
Should I
a) leave it chrome and add Ironman
b) ironman and paint it OB
c) either a or b with led side strip
d) any other suggestions?

 

LP right here! Ive been trying to design mine as well! Im the type of person that has to plan and plan it out before i mod something and ive modded headlights before. There arent too many LPs on here... But heres my thought...

I love iron mans. So thats a done deal in my book. Upgrading the lenses to a tsxr (might as well) Your opening them anyway. I want Osram CBI bulbs, but they are pricey, but I heard they are amazing. Im not too big on the led side strip because you dont want too much going on.

Now for colors... I hate the orange reflector so that has to go. Colored leds - stay away IMO.

A) Either keep it all stock color, swap out the orange reflector for a clear, and do mods listed above

B) Black them out. I cant decide if I would do Matte or Gloss. Im leaning towards the gloss because it looks more finished, shows the lines more, and looks richer to me. Maybe there is something in between Gloss and Matte that would be best of both worlds? If you paint them, you have to paint the side strip - do not "smoke" it. As for the shroud, either some sort of black or metallic silver or color matched LP.

So.... Option A is a cleaner and safer mod, or Option B bigger change to the look of your car and the iron mans would look even better

Im torn myself and even toying with adding another projector for the fog light

These are just my thoughts, hope this might help you, but might confuse you more. What do you think?

I know its not LP, but the gloss black housing and iron man looks sooo clean imho. I think the side led strip may be too much (thanks bref )

Man I've been trying to decide the same thing for my LP too. I have no idea what to do. I still can't even decide if I want to paint my grill darker or not either.

The chrome works with the LP
Grill is black but emblem chrome
And my wheels will be metal polish silver
I'd like to see other LPs with the lights done
