Anyone have problems with this company? I purchased a Stage 2 LED kit from them last Tues and I have not recieved any updates from them. I called them and left voice mails (no one ever answers the phone), sent pm's and emails and still no response.

 

update---My order status is now complete and I recieved a tracking number for my LEDs.

 

I was about to say you just gotta be patient. I ordered from them a couple of time and they've had stellar customer service and lighting fast shipping.

 

Well, I would be nervous/worried too if I didn't hear anything about my order 1 week after I have placed my order. but atleast they finally sent it off for you.

soolman, do you have any problems with your leds? I just installed the stage 2 in mine and when I turn on the center lights (on the ceiling) it flickers. It does not flicker if the doors are open or if I clicked each light by itself.

 

I'm sorry for the delay- essentially we are putting all resources towards sending out orders right now. We just hired an additional service representative as well, to keep up the great service you expect from us!

 

I also have the stage 2 kit but haven't had that happen. My trunk led light use to Flickr until I pulled it out n popped it back in. I would try that if u haven't already.

 

It most likely isn't in the right way or just has a bad + or - point of power. Just pull it out and put it back in or twist it to get a better connection.

 

I have tried plugging it in different ways. Messed around with it alittle and it still doesn't help. I don't think the connection and led is well made. some of my leds wouldnt work until I had to mess with them for 5 minutes. I kept pulling them out and plugging it back in different ways. might just stick with vleds next time.

I have the diode and they are amazing! I get a lot of compliments. Also you do have to move the bulbs around like everyone says.
