This might be a dumb question, but I can't figure it out! There are the regular headlights and then the two bulbs at the bottom of my 2011 G37. How do I turn those bulbs on? Or is just there for aesthetics? I hope not!

what do you mean by turn on the bottom two bulbs? you mean the fog lights? well, next to the regular headlights there is a turn switch, switch on to fog lights,

just curious , have you read your car's manual? it's a 40K car, com on dude, do some research~

Yes, I think they are the fog lights. I turned to every option on the **** where you turn on the headlights, but they don't turn on.

The bottom light bulbs here:

 

The headlights have to be on too...if they are not on, the fogs will not turn on.

yeah, you will need to turn on the headlight in order to get these fogs on~
try read the manual , everything is on there~

If only there was some sort of "guide" that came with the car to explain these things. Hopefully Infiniti will think about including something like this for the next gen G.

 

Is there a way to tell if your getting low on fuel? I just keep estimating the number of gallons I put in and miles I drive.

LOL. Sorry guys. I'm not offended. The jokes are well deserved. I'm just used to driving my dad's '06 PT Cruiser and previously his '99 Hyundai Accent. I didn't know where he put the manuals for those cars. This is the first car I've bought on my own, so I didn't even know a car had fog lights. Pretty sure there aren't any fog lights on the previous cars that I've driven.

 

Just be careful which buttons you push~Pushing the "VDC off" button could result in a rude awakening. Welcome to the site BTW, but I would agree w/ the rest, always a good idea to at least browse through the owners manual before you get too many miles down the road.

 

i want to ask you a few questions but id rather not it will come out sounding mean.....but you bought a car for 40k not even knowing it had fog lights did they even show u the car before u sat in it btw how old r u
