Thanks for your input. I’ll include that in my list of things that can never happen:

• Nobody gets pulled over for no front plate.
• Nobody gets pulled over for illegal window tints.
• Functioning radar devices guarantee no tickets.
• Cops don’t care about burned out tail or headlights.
• The Titanic was unsinkable.

The Titanic WAS unsinkable...until the crew decided to watch Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet have sex instead of looking out for icebergs.

You forgot to add this to your list,
• Chekov is a party pooper.

...

P.S. Nice headlights!

Putting aside how the movie portrayed it, the reasons for the Titanic tragedy are virtually analogous to what some G drivers do today:

• The Titanic was going too fast, it couldn’t stop in time at night to see an obstacle.
• Without binoculars, the lookouts had a limited view of the sea, sort of like a 35% windshield tint.
• Safety equipment was inadequate (not enough life boats). They needed TPMS (Titanic Progress Monitoring System)
• After crossing the Atlantic for thirty years without a mishap, the Captain felt an accident could never happen to him.

That's why I'm am a party pooper. If I was aboard the Titanic at the time (I somehow missed it), I would have taken the Captain aside and said, “Hey Smith, slow this damn thing down before you kill somebody.”

Hey guys, sorry but the night pics I keep taking don't come out too well.. there's so much light it kinda washes out the pic.

On a side note, no one in Florida gets pulled over for front plates.. we don't have any. =)

So stop raining on my f'in parade!!

That’s good to hear about the legal fog lights. But by what tortured logic does that negate the illegal headlights?

I hope it’s not true, but it’s quite likely you’ll never fully enjoy driving your G because you will be constantly looking to the rear for a Florida cop --and perhaps a stock G37 coupe behind him driven by me with a camera in hand.

I live in AZ, and I took out the amber in my headlights on my civic. been driving like that for 6 years, never had an issue with cops pulling me over and giving me a ticket for them. I was stationed in GA, before that and same thing. I don't have the fear of driving with out amber in my headlights. It's one of those laws that they probably don't care about unless they want to be an ***, i guess.
