I have a white G37s coupe, but a friend of mine has an 04 G35, the driver side headlight was replaced a year ago, NOW, when it is turned on it is normal then immediately changes to a pink-ish color. Is this a bulb issue and a simple replacement? havent done enough research to know if they are HID's but is it an HID ballast issue? any suggestions would be helpful. Trying to avoid paying money for another bulb thats going to go bad again, or a bunch of money to infiniti to get a ballast replaced that doesnt need to be. thanks for your help guys/gals

 

Don't think the 04s had HIDs. He probably has aftermarket HIDs. Try swapping the ballasts. If that doesn't solve the problem, then the bulb is bad. If it does, ballast is good. GL.
