grey carpet was just a paint to keep looking good, pics do this no justice, much better look and feel in the cabin now.

also went with the premium mats, sooo much nicer than the normal style mats.

I've replace the carpet in hundreds of cars, since I did interior work about 5 years ago, but this was one of the more, pain in the *** cars, it's not hard, but a little tedious. I did it without removing the center console, just removed the seats front and rear bottom, kick panels, and gas pedal, but the backing material is stiff so wedging it between some of the panels took some stretching. I also did not want to remove too many panels to avoid rattles.

it looks good cause you changed the grey to black below the center console. the black mats alone would stand out with the grey interior.
