CF Rear Diffusers

CF Rear Diffusers

How are they installed? Do you just tack them on or do you have to cut out the bumper?

i believe they are just held on by 3m double sided tape

This is correct.

They are 100% reversable, so NO, you would NOT cut a hole in the bumper.

ive heard autokits has tabs where it bolts up using bolts/hole already there on the underside of your bumber, i dont know 100% but i will in about a week when mine gets here!

The autokits DOES utilize some bolting points that are already on the bumper, so it does not require any cutting at all. Also uses 3M tape obviously

In racing scenarios (high high speed) it provides more back end stability for the car but in 99% of cases it's just aesthetic

It improves the air flow from under the car and out the back end. Not that it will be noticeable at the speeds we drive, but the aerodynamics of the car are improved. I also like the fact that it assists in exhaust efficiency as well.

Again, realize that these are not significant or noticeable improvements, but every little bit helps.

Plus it looks cool!
