How Do I do This to my Headlight?

I wanna give some changes to my headlight. Not dramatic like Iron man or anything like that, but I was just thinking of going simple, clean, and OEM look.

(1) In U.S.A., the yellow/amber markers are required in headlight or somewhere in the front area. In other countries like Korea, it's not. Although it flashes amber, it can have white/clear sidemarkers. (In U.S.A., taillight turn signal "can" flash RED, but In Korea, it has to flash Amber.. sucks) So it's opposite.
G37s in Korea come with OEM clear sidemarker that matches headlight color/clear white sidemarkers and flashes amber when turn signals are on.

I know some people just took the amber sidemarker out and left it Blank but I don't want to do that. Is there anyway I can utilize my current amber sidemarker and decolor it to make it like OEM clear ones?

(2) If... This is impossible, I just wanna do this instead, just matt black out the inside. but (1) is my priority.

Can you guys tell me if this is possible job to take out amber side marker and decolor it? and make it look like OEM clear ones?

Careful Josh. Check your local laws. Amber lenses are required by law in most places and you'll definitely get ticketed without them!

Most states won't ticket for an "amber light" as long as the light is functionable. Depending on how your "area" is for police, i saw go for it. Its really the VERY PICKY cops that look out for any modified vehicle and like to go over any laws with them and ticket 'em for it.

Why don't you paint it flat black like mine and leave a square cutout where the amber bulb is and smoke that. Still legal and all blends together

I also want to do this I have a OB coupe too. The only options I've heard is removing the whole amber which i don't wanna do because you see the holes where the amber clipped into. Another option is wrapping the amber in cf or painting it black which I will probably do unless someone can do what your asking

I've had my amber piece completely blacked out for a while and have never had anyone say anything about it, in multiple states

Hispeed, are your lights completely blacked out or did you just black out the amber strip? I'd like to see pics if it's just the strip that you did thanks

Here's a few pics of what the headlights look like with just the strip done in ivory pearl and obsidian black. Also a few cf options.

If you want a really clean look just paint it silver, let me know if you want us to do it for you.

Silver CF

Black CF... can't find a pic =/
