OEM Front Lip

Am I suppose to take off this plastic rubber lining at the top of the front lip?

Are you referring to the black rubber seal that runs along the entire top section? If so, no.

Yes that rubber seal, and thanks! I might not install the lip now, the rubber seal makes it look funny.

It's not too bad, i thought the same thing at first. But once it's actually installed it's hard to notice. (I have a PG). It also helps protect what's behind the lip, and the bumper itself from getting scratched up if you decide to remove the lip down the road.

My car is white and I'm scared it's going to look terrible. What other lip is similar to this one?

There's not one that i know off. Closest you can get to a no-gap lip is perhaps a full-on body kit imported from Japan.

I don't mind a gap, it's just that the rubber lining makes it look so off.

take some pics so we can get a better idea of what you're talking about.

A lot of things look quite different until they are actually installed.

You can probably either tuck it in or remove it altogether.

2GorNot2G on 'Driver seems to have taken his off.
