Review of the Autokits-X CF front lip for the G37 convertible
Purchase Experience: overall very good sales experience.
Shipping: The lip arrived as scheduled via fed ex. The box was well proportioned for the lip and extremely secured and bubble wrapped properly
Overall quality: Very good quality on the CF lip
Installation: Double sided 3m tape was on both ends, plus on the sections between the lower vent and in the center. The insides of the lip was wiped down prior to install just to have a clean dust free surface.
The fit was very snug, I started from the left and at first it seemed like it would not fit without a lot of bending but it eventually set in place. I did have some 3M tape not sticking on the left side though, which can easily be added.
Just make sure the surface is clean and dust free. Alex has offered to refund the cost of any 3M tape used for additional sticking and for that I thank him.
Overall I am extremely, extremely happy with the lip, the fit and the customer service.
On to the pics!!

Holy ish Cereal! Your car is bananas!
You know, all jokes aside and if I may,I never liked the vert whenever the top came down. It just didn't do anything for me, for some reason. No offense. But now that I see your car with all your mods...I would most certainly like to recant my opinion of the vert. I absolutely love your car...and I know it's not possible to love an inanimate object...but i love your car man! Sweeter than a hot fudge sundae bowl from Cold Stone!
Are you thinking about pairing up your lip with some cf sideskirts, hood, and the new cf rear?
Naw but for real, looks really sweet, my bruh!
Happy riding Cereal.

Just my opinion, but I am torn, in one sense it doesn't flow or match the car at all (other than the black roof maybe), just looks slapped on there, but in the other respect, it is a sick part... so, again, I'm torn. Thanks for the pics though.
If I may offer an opinion, and some contructive criticism.... I think it would look really good if you painted most of the lip to match, with just leaving maybe the lowest part, CF. Almost like the Stillen splitter is, I would leave the equivalent of that, CF. I'm also a huge fan of how the Autokits lip looks after molding, but heaven forbid you hit anything and crack the lip. Then you're re-doing the entire bumper. Thanks for sharing though.
Looks good Lee... I'm personally not a fan of multi-colored add-on parts... I think that it'd flow better if you got CF headlights... and maybe.. just maybe a CF hood.... which I'm personally not a big fan of either... =T but it might work for you...
The fitment looks great and the design looks great.. but I'd just prefer color matching everything if possible... but your car's coming along very nicely mang

Thanks for the feedback and suggestions Alan. No CF hood, since there is no vert CF bumper LOL. I did think about that
