ABS headlights flicker

ABS headlights flicker
Is it normal for headlights to flicker when ABS is activated. It's snowy outside, happened everytime ABS was on.

My 2008 G37S does this; when ABS or AFS is really active (on ice)

Must be normal. I thought it was a weak battery.
