Since you can't put on the mud flaps, is the car going to get dirtier faster? I also notice a lot of rock chips on my rear quarter panels towards the inside of the car. I'm guessing it would be even worse without mud flaps?

 

The side skirts won't have any effect (good or bad) on this. The TS ones MIGHT help slightly just because they are so low, but it will be minimal at best.
