stock ironmans for the win + led strip??
LEDs should remain on the audis. But hey imitation is the best form of flattery.
I like the ones on the benz (not a direct rip off)
I don't like the ones on the 2011 IS250/350 (a direct rip off)
LEDs, everyone is doing them.

LED's are here to stay .... they are even putting them in refrigerators now. Someone commented that Infiniti should have a look all it's own. Frankly, it already does ... that is one of the great things about the G Coupe, no other car looks like it. For me the hood/front is perfect. I think they should stick with an affordable G option but add a line that has the performance others are looking for and willing to spend 20k more. Stock twin turbo's and performance handling maybe?
2011 Infiniti G25, G37 Sedan | Accessories | Infiniti USA
2nd Item down from the list...Infiniti already has LEDs for the 2011s its just in the foglight housing

Now I really wonder how they look like in action.
IronManMod FTW! - of course with clear LEDS

The Best looking DRL LEDS are Audi, BMW and LandRover.
Yes the Mercedes and Porsche look like 2 dollar auto store designs.

I forgot porche was doing this too. It looks good on those.
There have been a few parties where Infiniti showed up first:
1. Swiveling headlights was first seen on a Infiniti.
2. voice-activated navigation controls was first introduced by Infiniti.
3. Rear view camera being standard was a first by Infiniti (it was actually Nissan but still).
4. Lane departure warning system.
The G35 coupe invigorated the entry level luxury coupe segment. Before the G35 coupe there was the 3 series and no one else mattered. From a design aspect you can see cues in alot of coupes taken from the G.
Infiniti might be late to this party, but they just want to make a fashionable entrance.

It's all about profit. Obivously people like the LEDs and many people out there will buy a car based on the looks and price of the car alone. They have to keep up with the competition in all arenas which help sell cars, not just performance.
