hmmm interesting take on that. Well done! I'd like to see some pics from a little bit farther away after you finish both sides (or maybe with one side drilled and the other side not) so that we can see how it looks from the front end of the G

when u step back u cant really nottice it when you look closer it looks professional then when u get real close it look home made LOL,, BUT the vents are ugly to begin with so....
But now that I have the TS front lip, I hardly notice them anyways lol
You need a UNIBIT!!!!!! It,s a tapered looking drill bit that drills super clean holes with no burrs. Plus your injen filter is closet to the inner most part of that vent, in other words the opposite side where you drilled. I think it will look good if you drill out ALL the holes with the unibit to 1/4 to 3/8 hole size.... It would give a open mesh look....Good luck
oh, and don't even worry about water, it's a non-issue as far as rain or washing
