I have changed out all of my interior bulbs. However, what is the best way to remove the license plate bulbs? Is it just a matter of pulling the covers off? Should I remove the actual license plate to allow for enough room? I tried pulling on the cover but I don't want to snap it in two. Any help would be most appreciated.

There is a DIY with pictures in the corresponding section, but on the inner side of each cover there is a clip you must depress in order to slide it out. Use a screw driver and it should take all of 10 seconds to get both covers off
