Ok here's the deal.

I this for the creaking noises. I have that noise only in the rear left side of the car, drivers rear side. So what do I pull? For now you said to pull the headliner rocking back and forth to loosen it up. Grabbing from the center in front of the sunroof. I was told this is all held by velcro. So I gues this entire headliner comes off? ? ?
