Just wondering if anyone here has a DIY or knows how to intall the LED strip like the one in the link below? How difficult is wiring and install?

STOP! that is NOT the light you want to use. Look for the set that is about 8 inches wide, has 5 big leds, runs a little over a 150.00 for a set, if you are going that route

 

Do you have a link? Also any advice for install or wiring?

 

IMO, LED strip only looks good on Audis, just like LED rings on BMWs.

yeah i'm 100% sure it will not look good on G37. Audi people will laught at you and they will think you are audi wannabe..

if i were u i will not put those lights on my G but it's up to you really..

 

Guys I am only trying these out, I am not saying they will be on there permanently! I would just like to try something like this out to see for myself in person.

Thanks Sam. Just looking for a little help here, thats all. I know we all have our own tastes when it comes to our cars and like I stated I am not even sure if I will like it enough to keep on my G.

Try PMing yogregb, regarding the wire connections etc... He just did his faux vent to foglight/air vents conversion a few weeks ago.

I was going to post a pic of a G35 with it on that I found but I cant place the link to the pics. I'll try other options when I get home, I'm at work and I can't do much more with this computer.

Don't get those cheap LED strips, probably not even worth all the work in the end.
