CF non-S spoiler, you want?

One of the members on the forum (Brandon) stepped up to get his non-S chrome spoiler done in CF. This is just a feeler to see how many would be interested in a CF cover that goes over the non-S spoiler. I know many of us are not fans of the chrome piece. If there's enough interest, I may look into opening a mold and making it available for sale.

What I know right now:
1. I don't have any information on pricing but it would be reasonably priced.
2. Most likely a group buy for extra savings.
3. It would be mounted using provided 3M tape and go right over the OEM chrome piece.
4. There will not be an S version. Please contact Lou at Amplified for S CF spoiler.

Is this something you guys would want? If so, please post below and let me know if your car is equipped with back up camera. Thanks!

I would be interested if you could do it in a silver CF weave? No backup camera.

Someone already makes a CF non-sport cover...Why not step up your game and offer a full CF replacement? It would probably sell better.

I know what you mean bro, my G is my daily driver too. I cant wait to see pics on how it looks on a white G though. I kinda hate the chrome piece on my car as well.

I had mine done in flat-black vinyl before I took it off.

and just FYI its not a non-s spoiler, the spoiler is just an option, s or non-s can get it and its not standard on the S.

Is that right? Could you link me? If it's already available, it may not be worth it. But to answer your questions, a full CF replacement would be significantly harder to produce (take a look at the back side of that chrome piece and you'll see why), which mean much higher cost. Some would want it but I don't think it would outsell the cover because it would need to be priced higher than the CF cover.

Stoof, who's doing the CF chrome piece?

https://www.myg37.com/forums/picture...r-gt-spec.html

Released back in 2008. As far as I know, it wasn't a huge hit because it was just a cover.

Producing the entire piece would definitely be harder to produce (I've taken the chrome piece off multiple times for paint, etc and know exactly what you're talking about). Another idea would be to buy the chrome piece and completely wrap it in CF like how the CF grills are done.
