Sounds good. They quoted me $200+tax for the rear windows. Is it reasonable?

 

I think so.... they are definitely not cheap, but I don't mind paying a bit more for their excellent work.

 

That's true. I hate to redo installations and fix things due to problems.

 

Has anyone tried protint in NJ?

 

They quoted me $100 for the whole car whereas others were asking for $200 and up just for the rear part. I did not go there because I thought that it was very cheap.

 

quality tints on NNJ do not exist in my opinion you're better off going into NYC area/boroughs where ever you go DO NOT go to BOOM BOOM in palisades park, they tinted my windows and my front drivers side started to peel a few months after, and when i went back to get my window warrantied after it started to peel they tried to charge me where i refused to pay. he "kicked" me out and said never to return, i have not BUT after a few more months after it was retinted it started to PEEL AGAIN. **** **** **** JOB/customer service

Anyone heard of a sunshine tint (Sunshine tint - window treated coating lamination resulting energy saving, confort and protection - serving new jersey and new york) in Bloomfield?

 

I have a great guy... hes located in kenilworth NJ (right off exit 138 on parkway) and on a few forums.. hes VERY REASONABLE.. $160-$180 for all the windows... just 2 side windows are like $70.. lifetime warranty, and its 3M material.. I have used him on about 5 cars... and 100s of others from forums etc.

yep np. check out his reviews in that 1 thread alone.. he will beat most prices, and his work is not at some sketchy shop.. guy is legit and does this as a side job.. hes in his late 30s..100s if not thousands of reviews.. haven't heard 1 bad 1. 3m material and lifetime warranty, what more do you want? I will be going to him next week when my g37 gets here

 

There is a place called top of the line tint but never tried them. Has anyone tried them before for tinting?

I used them came out the same as the $200.00 tint job.
