Help Seats cracking on brand new 09 coupe(lease)

Seats cracking on brand new 09 coupe(lease)
Hey guys now this is crazy, just noticed i have some real bad seat cracking going on in my 09 coupe sport. 5k miles on it far, got it in DEC brand new, and it looks like 50k driving everyday in the arizona sun!! FML
Car is a lease also.
There is no way im going to settle paying 45k plus for a car with these types of issues! should of just stuck with the CLK(jk love my g so far). I need to know whats the best way to go about this at the dealership or should i call infiniti directly and complain??
Cuz I know in my area dealers are SOL types and will say its wear and tear when thats OBSURD.

definitely go to the dealership first.
I've had mine for 2+ years, live in a tropical island and my seats are fine. I do apply Meguiars leather conditioner every couple of months.
