I have a brand new G37S MT sedan, and am beginning to experience creases in the thigh bolsters of my sport seats after only one month. The cause is not lack of tinting.
In order to get out of the seat, you have to put your weight on the bolster as you slide out. This creases the leather. Adjusting the bolster to minimum does not solve the problem. Most car seats have some bolstering, but for the sake of "sport", these have far more bolstering than most sedans.
So, the creasing is "normal wear & tear" in the sense that this wear is, in retrospect, an inevitable outcome of the seat design. I don't mind the seat back (torso) bolsters, but I think the thigh bolsters are unnecessary and obviously accelerate wear in the front seats.
I am trying to find a way to slide out of the seats while reducing stress on the bolsters.
Does any one have any suggestions?

Which handle? There are no "Oh ****" handles on the drivers side for any vehicle.

Over how long? I don't think it's going to be loose over time unless you're pulling 500 lbs of weight on it or something. If it does, then the car really sucks. It's designed to be used that way.

I have the wheat interior and I also was concerned about the creasing and the dirt on my seat. I have started using the lexol leather conditioner and the creases are less noticiple after two applications. Also bought some leather cleaning and buffing cloths. With a little water on the cleaning cloth my seat was clean with a couple of swipes. I am not that concerned about the leather now. A little maintenance on my part should help keep the seats in good condition.

As a new owner this is pretty depressing to hear. It seems like the interior materials quality is pretty cheap. I never imagined I would have to worry about stuff like this in a 40k car.
