You can probably use any hardware from Home Depot to secure it.

If you buy OEM splash guards 3M tape backed , instructions and hardware, come with them and yes you have to take off rear wheels... and drill few holes but it's good for your car...

rear wheels do not need to be removed. I installed mine with the wheels on.

ditto, no need to remove any wheels. Took me about 30-40 mins to install the rears.

Ordering the fronts soon. And it does come with hardware.

Talk to the parts staff at Riverside Infiniti (So Cal). I found them on E-bay. Since I live in the area I picked them up at will call and saved the shipping cost and wait time. Try this link Riverside INFINITI items - Get great deals on G35 Coupe 03-07, 350Z Z33 items on eBay Stores!.

Old thread I know but I just ordered mine and it says "no drilling" so I'm just a bit confused when everyone else had to drill? Here is the link?

Go here and download the instructions. There's definitely drilling involved. That's probably just a generic description on the website you posted.

Stupid question I know. Do they go in front or behind the rear wheel?

Anybody know the best place to order the CF splash guards?

I always wanted the rear diffuser in CF but after I bought it I realized the convertibles don't have an option for a diffuser from anyone! Sucks. I understand that the verts are a smaller market and most likely the convertible buyers don't tend to mod like the manual G37S buyers do or even the sedan buyers do. But we vert owners get shafted so much it's unbelievable. So I figured some CF rear splash guards would look good and be the next best thing. Thoughts? Options?

Thx in advance.

I was thinking splash guards myself. They look kinda snazzy and are good protection.

I looked them up in my local Infiniti eStore and they are in sets of four. Not sure how people were buying just rears. Anyhow, $160 minus the 15% ESTORE2015 discount. So $136 plus tax.

Are you talking about the CF ones? That's not bad either way, but if they are the CF I wants em.

Thanks Sean for looking them up.

Sorry. I just looked again at the eStore and there were no splash guards for a '12 g37 vert.

But there was this which we X sedan owners don't get offered:

These babies will save you 25% using ESTORE2015 because they are over $300.

Sean

Just noticed you have the front and sills on yours. Sorry again. I will leave this post up anyway in case there are any other forlorn G Vert owners out there.

Sean

good info... ... ...

I am a bit concerned, though.

I have a 2011 g37s vert with aero package in black obsidian (KH3) and the following product details are off-putting

front= 999J2-JVKH3B3
rear = 999J2-JVKH3B4

"Fits ALL trim levels of this Model Except IPL G Coupe"
(source: www.infinitipartsusa.com)

... then I see this:

"Not available with Aerodynamic Kit."
(source: www.infinitipartssuperstore.com)

reason for concern: from my experience, IPL body dimension specs are pretty close to sport verts (wider rear), so I don't know if the reason these warnings also apply to the vert (at least the sport vert, or in my case due to aero package)

don't wanna get stuck with 2 sets @ ~$150, or deal with bs restocking fees

any thoughts?
