Driving without a grill safe?

I am thinking about getting my grill painted, but this will require me driving home with no grill on a high way for 1 hour. Is this safe? Can I get a ticket?

you'll be fine without it. it has openings for air anyway. and it's not against the law.

Ive actually been driving around town with no grille. Its at a shop getting painted. I tried to paint the emblem my self, didnt work out so great, I went with a pro. Cost me $20 in DYI supplies and $100 for the pro. I ll post pics of how it comes out.

YOu'll be fine. The odds of something flying through the hole and causing damage is highly unlikely
