Daytime Running Lights (DRL) on 2010 G37 Sedan

Does anybody know which lights are they going to use as DRL's in Canada for the new 2010 sedan's. My guess would be the lip mounted fog lights. Would be nice if they used the HID's like the C-Class Mercedes do.

I'll propably import a G37x 2010 from the states soon if canadian dealers dont throw a 2000$ cash rebate soon. Anyways, do i need to install DRL on an american 2010 G37x sedan ? If so, how much would an american dealer charge for it ?

Btw the white ext/wheat interior is not a possible combo in canada

I'm not sure about the type of lights, but there is an "AUTO" switch on the American cars light selector switch which is the DRL

I'm not a Canadian so someone of course correct me, but I've seen other threads of Canadians asking about importing a US G37, and it seems like 1) Yes you'll need to get DRL's but 2) It can be done in Canada. Mind you this was threads about a 2008 and 2009, but I saw posts like "Oh, just go to Canadian Tire, even they can do it".

Hope that helps and hope I'm right on my comments.

"AUTO" switch is not the DRL (Daytime Running Light)
DRL refers to the light always turned on when the car's moving no matter it's a day or night.

Even there shouldn't be a switch for DRL cause it's supposed to be turned on anytime..

Well I went by the Infiniti dealer today and my hunch was right. I test drove a 2010 G37x sedan with Premium and Navigation. The DRL's on the G in Canada are the HID's. The light switch was set to off and the HID headlights and signal lights were on. Nice look.
