I have been lucky not to have an issue with bubbling on the seat. I have have some premature wearing/cracking on my driver seat cover. Took it to the dealer and they are replacing back and bottom seat covers .

I'm glad because it was driving me nuts.

I figure if I get the seat bubble issue, I'll just drive around one afternoon on some backroads, hitting any animal I see until I get enough roadkill to fill my trunk. I'll then skin the critters, remove the ulphostery from the car seat, and reulphoster it with the road kill skin. And then finally have me a damn fine BBQ from all the fresh splattered roadkill meat! Yum!!

Just take out the front seats and sit on milk crates. That will prevent the seat bubble for sure!

No offense or anything, don't want to come off the wrong way but, why would you put seat covers if you have nice new seats. The only reason I would see for putting seat covers is so that the person you sell the car to has nice new seats? I've has my car for about a month and a half now and have noticed that my seat has started to break in. All I can suggest is to try not to have anything in you back pocket when you sitting down in the car. But other than that enjoy the car and don't put seat covers on. Again I see your point and don't want it to seem as if im shooting it down.

If it bubbles, take it to the dealer and get new seats. It is pretty simple.

They look like 40 year old vinyl from a booth in an old bar. I'd half expect those to smell like spilled bourbon and cigarettes. And..is that a pair of pantyhose or a sock on the driver's seat, next to the seat belt clasp (or whatever it is one calls the thing the seat belt is inserted into)?
