You may be making my point. How many of us would buy a used car when we know the previous owner was a crazy driver?

basing someone to be a crazy driver based on debadging a car is just dumb. if they had a turbo w. blowoff and graphics then yes, i would assume some driver who enjoys flooring it for attention. removing the g37 emblem, never

Again, were talking perception here. The average buyer, having non-debadged cars to choose from may, in some cases, just pass on the debadged model, or only be willing to buy it at a lower price.

Or, and this is a stretch, he may say he doesn’t care for debadging and, as a bargaining tool, will only take the car if the seller compensates him for the expenses to have the badges re-installed. That's not dumb, that's business.

Dumb?

Turbo with blow off? LOL for the record, most of the people with boosted rides barely floor their G's as they're scared they might blow their engines and even if they did floor it, it'd be from 3rd as 1st and 2nd don't get traction under boost. It is the N/A guys that abuse their engines and go tracking etc, at least in the G37 community.

I wasn't making a generalization, all I'm saying is when you see someone with debadged rear, you get the impression that that driver might be into the modding scene to an extent, which would make a buyer favor buying a car off someone who isn't, given the option
