Carbon fiber interior wraps!!!

Like it says in the title! We are now offering carbon fiber wrapping.

No this isn’t a product this is a service. The way we do it is we take an OEM part (yours or an ordered one) wrap it in real carbon fiber and ship it to you!

100% real carbon fiber
100% saturated in epoxy resin
Vacuum pressed under 550 lbs per square inch
heat cured at over 150 degrees
double clear coated with UV resistant DuPont clear
guaranteed to fit!

Some of you might be asking doesn’t wrapping the part keep the part from fitting correctly? Well we don’t literally wrap the carbon fiber around the entire part. We place the carbon fiber fabric over the surface then vacuum press it at 550 lb per square inch. What that does is when the epoxy cures it not only cures but it fuses with the actual part and creates such a bond that we are able to trim around the sides leaving the carbon fiber on the face with out any chance of it ever pealing off or lifting. That’s a guarantee!

Here are the prices for your G sport. I'll have G sedan prices soon.

Silver to Carbon package (All these pieces are the silver trim and bezels that are in the drivers and passenger side portions of the car)
Glove box trim - $180.00
Hvac Bezel - $200
Cuby hole trim and door (under hvac bezel) - $200 (auto + 20$)
Shift trim (auto) - $150
Driver side silver trim - $200
Passenger side silver trim - $200

Other pieces.
Nav system surrounds - $250.00
AC vents (L+R) - $200
Window controls (L+R) - $250
Door handle cups (L+R) - $200

We can do carbon fiber
silver carbon fiber (hexcel taxilum)
red carbon / kevlar
blue carbon / kevlar
yellow carbon / kevlar
green carbon / kevlar
orange carbon / kevlar

Here are some pictures of a Lexus ISF interior we just recently finished. Please post your comments and PM us if you are interested in having anything done .

P.S for those of you who think its rice don’t say it! Vinyl is rice this is nice! The way Lamborghini make their carbon fiber interiors is by taking a plastic piece and wrapping it in carbon fiber. If it works on Lamborghini it sure as heck works on anything else.

And to any of you who have ordered the splitters from us and are still waiting. Keep in mind this is the quality you are getting. Check out the perfect straight weave on the center console!

This post will be reserved for pictures of a G37 interior (once we get an order from a G37 owner).

Can you do the black bezel on the face of the steering wheel? The part around the controls that gets scratched up so easily. Pricing on that please.

We sure can! Here are the prices for you and anybody else to see. I'll PM you as well.

To do that part would be $285. I'm doing my best to keep the prices low but its very h ard with this kind of work.

When we make parts out of molds its easy because its the same every time but with doing interior wraps everything has to be exact and perfect otherwise it wont fit right so ALLOT of attention to detail goes. That means allot of sand paper, specialty tools, and magnifine goggles.

Heres what red kevlar looks like. And all the pieces that are listed are the sliver trim pieces and bezels that are in the cockpit of the car. If its not silver you are looking at the wrong part lol.

Looks good. Wrapped is the only way to go on the interior. Seen a few stick-on overlays and they look like crap.

^ Yep. Some would say brand new full CF interior parts is the way to go. But with those they usually have fitment issues and don't come cheap at all. Wrapping OEM is a guaranteed way of having perfect fitment and quality.

Can you give us an estimation of turnaround time from your receipt of the part to shipping it back?

We usually have everything done with in two weeks. Say if you were to send like 3 or 4 pieces and we get it on monday. It would then be out by the next monday. We understand these pieces are needed in the cars so we try our best to have them done fast but with out compromising quality.

For example.

Unbox Monday, apply black gel coat, stick carbon fiber, epoxy over that, vacuum bag, and let cure.

Tuesday we would remove the parts from the bags and start sanding, trimming, and apply more epoxy. Over the next two days we would work on trimming everything and getting everything perfect (keeping in mind we have other jobs also) and then Friday we would clear coat everything and let it sit till Monday. Monday we would then wet sand, buff, polish and ship. Everything is buffed and polished by hand to make these pieces even more pure.

I'm guessing the pricing above covers only the man labor to wrap the parts. How much extra do we have to pay for you to ship it back to us?

Do you guys have any plans for a carbon fiber shift ****? I know quite a few people on the forum is looking for one.

The sh ift **** is a maybe since we would have to first look at it in order to see what we can do with it or two it.

And shipping varies on how much you want done and the type of box you use to send the parts in. I shipped a 2x2 ft box with USPS and it was like 16 bucks.

P.S There arent any hidden charges. Those are prices for labor and materials. The only extra charge is shipping. When we ship the items back we always purchase insurance as an added bonus.
