Just curious, is there a technical reason that Iron-Mans can't be done for the sedan?

Do you see a spot to put LED's on the sedan shroud....

The problem is the sedan projector shroud is just not wide enough to accomodate the LEDs. Not the ones we use anyways.

Trust me every day i get multiple PMs from sedan owners who want the Ironman, if we could do it, it wouldve been done a looonngg time ago.

Next week we're going to be doing our first set with an LED side strip. Pics will be posted. Stay tuned.....

That sucks. I love the ironman mod. 180 does such a professional job on those headlights, they just look so fantastic. What can be done with the sedan?

if you like them so much be really original buy g37 coupe projector shrouds and retrofit them into the sedan headlights. Then you could send them over to 180 customs and you will have some some amazingly custom lights.

allright well lets say your headlights dont have projectors people can retrofit them into headlights. so since you all ready have them all you would have to do is change the shroud on the projectors i believe. Iv never opened up sedan or coupe headlights but my theory is that you can fit the coupe shroud on the sedan projector.
this is the coupe projector. the little holes are where igor puts the leds for the iron man

now the sedan you'll notice has no holes like the coupe to put the ironman leds in(the part painted silver in this pic)

if you swapped out the sedan ones with the coupe ones you would have the holes. Now I have no idea if this would actually work but someones got to try it.

It looks like the coupe shroud is bigger, with a wider base.

If memory serves me the coupe projector is 2.5 inch lens and the sedan projector lens is 3 inch that may be a issue with the shrouds along with 2 different shaped and sized projectors.

bump, blast from the past (well.. past month)

Igor, any updates on the 07+ sedans?

I noticed in the threads on the NY G forum you had said you were in the process of trying some stuff soon for us.

So, my 2010 G37xS seems like it is possible to put LED's in there? Certainly the projectors could be replaced? I'd be willing to pay you to figure it out
