anyone with ebay spoiler

Curious if anyone ordered a spoiler off ebay (talking about factory knock offs) OEM is definately too expensive and grubbs price just went up so only natural to shop around. I assume people will say it probably wont fit or paint doesnt match completely but has anyone actually bought one from ebay?

I would say that statement is true 99% of the time. But look at HPA's lights compared to PIAA's. Price is almost half yet quality is still top notch. Not everything on ebay is all bad

you get what you pay for. generally, this is true... but also has exceptions. i don't understand how the OEM spoiler can be too expensive when you dropped a good amount of $$$ on the car itself... unless the spoiler is now thousands of dollars?

if your gonna get the camera cut out spoiler then don't bother buying it, when in reverse half of your screen image is going to be missing due to the horrible cutting of the hole, i bought one and just wasted 170 bucks on it, i went out and bought myself the OEM one and called it a day.

+ the paint job on the ebay spoiler is garbage.

why does someone always make a comment about, hey you bought a 40 grand car, stop being cheap and pay the $500 for oem stuff. Based on that theory, people shouldnt buy HPA lights or superbrightled's because there are "better" more expensive companies out there. Just cause you have the money, doesnt mean you have to spend it

I know ebay stuff is generally garbage but on the off note that some vendor sells quality equipment I had to ask this forum.

I think its the way you worded it, Your first line was Oem is definitely too expensive. seriously, its not too expensive, its $500 for a spoiler. You are indeed driving a $35k+ car. you gotta have class when you drive a more upscale car, you cant be like civic owners, putting in a $9.99 intake in your car. I just got rid of my G37 and picked up an IsF, if you think G parts are pricey, let me tell you this, my brake pads cost $380. a front lip cost $750 unpainted, and its not even poly urethane!! A freekin semi carbon fiber steering wheel cost $1500. the list goes on.
