It depends on personal preference IMO, I would either do it right or not do it, that's why I'd go natural. If I went artificial this bug will keep biting me forever, how would it have turned out if I went with Natural.

+1 on samples though but either way, IT WILL LOOK SICK! I've been drooling over red interior for a while

hey guys thanks for the comments and help!
decided i will go with Natural dark red with black stiching to match the interior
i chose natural because here in kuwait its hot as hell! and sometimes i have to park under the sun , natural leather breathes and feels cooler , artificial will burn my butt and will smell i guess , also the g37 leather is real , am not replacing real with artificial!
yea it will cost alot but its worth it! tommorow i'll be giving it to the shop.

expect pics in 3-4 days time ;p

look forward to it!!!!!!!

natural will break in nicer and have that nice aged wrinkle look later which i personally think looks distinguished but some would want fake since it would prob look the same for several years and probably look more synthetically consistent in terms of texture/grain.

i still vote for NATURAL

only high end cars well over 100,000 have full leather interiors. most only have leather where your body touches the seat. sometime not even the headrest. any experienced auto upholester will agree to what i said. you can see for yourself in any car with leather. the sides and back are diffrent grain. i would go with the leatherette. doesnt crack or fade and easier to clean. there are several brands that looks identical to real leatherette and is much cheaper. in my last car i had cinnamon leather and everyone thought it was real. as it is the leather smell goes away anyways, thats probaly the only thing i would miss. its like the concept of rims, you have forged and cast. sure forged is alot nicer and stronger but cast wheels are just as good and can look better than forged at times. all depends on your concept of expendable income on your car.

Please post pics when you're done. I think that this will look really good with the black interior. Also see if they can stitch the infiniti logo in the seat in black as well.

Not all my King Ranch truck was 48k and it came with real leather and it still smells new after two years!

went with red stitches, and a white logo. i wanted the seats to look exactly like the convertible special edition.
should be done tommorow

also to note, the only natural leather we have in our G is the area you set on, and the one that holds your back. everything else is artificial. i went with "Everything natural" with the red leather
