Arc Reactor and Iron Man Customers

This is a question for people with Iron Man / Arc Reactor or anyone who has opened their headlights and done any mods to them . Is your amber strip stock or painted coming undone from your housing and it starting to have a nice ugly gap ? Also any weird black or grayish flakes inside the headlight and housing?? Any suggestions would be great . Thanx!

Hmmm. doesn't sound like it sealed back properly. I did this many times with my previous car and the sealant is pretty messy stuff.

There are pics, but I'll let neverbonestock post it if he wants to.

I think some of the words are used very liberally and the phrase "nice ugly gap" in this case is subjective. The same process is used for everyone and I've received no complaints about this issue otherwise.

We've been trying to work out the issue since last week and hopefully we'll resolve it soon. Please contact me if you have any questions because I don't want to thread-jack.
