My personal preference is to remove the Infiniti letters but leave Mt Fuji and G37S. You'll get a variety of opinions from around the forums. Everyone has their style.
Just go with what you like...

definitely take the I N F I N I T I off, makes the car look cleaner and less cluttered. I left the emblem and G37x on. I basically left the model on the car so people knew it was the AWD lol. This is what I would do.
G37S - remove Infiniti only (or possibly just leave emblem)
G37x - remove infiniti only
G37 - leave emblem only

Like with most other cosmetic mods, debadging is a personal choice, as has been covered in many threads before. Rather than looking clean, I believe debadged cars look erased, as in a past analogy I offered that said if someone was ever rich enough to buy the Mona Lisa, would they erase da Vinci’s signature for that “clean” look?.
If, in fact, some owners do it just to be unique (which I suspect in some cases), they could paint their car pink with purple polka dots. Now that would be unique.

But on the serious side, I have read that such cars, when eventually traded in or sold, are worth a bit less unless the badges are put back. That's something to keep in mind before doing it.

Take off the I N F I N I T I
There is just too much crap on the back of it otherwise. It looks cluttered. I think the Infiniti Mt Fugi looks nice on there. I chose to keep the G37S as well, but it looks good without that too. I think the logo needs to stay at a minimum. I personally don't like the completely debadged look.
You don't see BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc. writing their name across the back. The logo speaks for itself.
It is just a matter of preference though. Do what you like. Look at other peoples pics and decide for yourself.
One item to think about... when you clean your car it is a hell of a lot easier without the letters on it. My towels always get caught on the G37S.
