i got pulled over for having a blue and red light bar on the top of my g, strobes in the headlights, and the words police painted on the side of my car.. stupid cops and their quotas.. oh yea i like turtles...


on a serious note.. where did you have blue lights? where they blue or "super white" ?

 

What bublbs did u have that look blue?? I have 6000k headlights and led licenseplate lights. Never had a roblem in the greater FTL area.

Thats why 6oooK > any other kit..... In Houston nearly every car on the road has aftermarket HID. Crazy blues and purples and the cops don't even care.

California is cracking down

My homie in his IS 350 got a ticket for no plates/tail lights/tint. Then 2 days later got another one from another motor officer in the same city. Since he didn't have the yellow copy of the ticket on him and the 1st one hadn't been entered he got double cited lol.

I got one for no front plate/tint/ tail lights. And my brother in his 08 STI just got a tint one also

Calif is trying hard to catch us ridin dirty.

Mine was 499 dollars uncorrected and 249 corrected lol. Oopsies

 

What do you have done to your tails? 5% tint attracts a lot of attention, moreso than no plate i've found. I roll by cops every day and did for 4 years in my WRX and never pulled over for plates..

 

So CHP is cracking down on illegal cars whats this world comming to

 

Well, You know something is up when a cop had to pull a U turn in front of traffic having them slam on their brakes just so he can pull me over to give me a fix it ticket with no front plate. Pulling a Starsky and Hutch for a fix it ticket. I thought my car must be the same discription of some get away car from a recent bank hiest when I saw that in my rear view mirror.

 

not saying what their doing is wrong....not at all..i know tinting my car is illegal and im switching the tail lights back to stock...but ill be putting the tint right back on...i dont like being seen driving to and from work in uniform and i hate changing into my uniform when i get to work.

iv had 5% tint on all my other vehicles and never been hastled.

 

IDK .. i think its easier to go to court if its just something u can change..

i went and i told the judge that i could not change them in time due to my finals at school and he gave me another 30 days ...

so when i go back her told me to bring a picture of my headlights with the date stated at the bottom corner or any proof that shows that my car has WHITE lights again ..

and he said if i did that .. no court cost.. no points ... ticket dismissed =]
