Anyone ever thought about painting the chrome lip body color? I searched around but didnt come up on anything..
also what do you guys think, for the DYI grill would the emblem look better black too or chrome on a BS? post pics of your grills maybe it'll help me make up my mind.. thanks guys

Personally, I think the chrome piece looks good on ip and silver cars....especially if you leave the grille chrome and if you have rims with chrome/stainless stee lips. In terms of the OEM spoiler...obviously looks good....but I really am considering painting the chrome piece on my IP after seein Pfizzle's ride. Keeps the rear phat and the waist thin!
I painted the lip on my wheels matte black, and the face is gold. It didn't turn out too good, the black part makes the wheel look smaller since it blends in with the tire. The wheel size I got was 20". So now I'm going to chrome the lip out. But don't get me wrong, if you pin stripe the outside of the lip, then it will separate the tire from the wheel, and it will look decent. But, the look just wasn't for me.
