What are caps?

I am debating trying to DIY. Home Depot has some black ones that are only $1. Just sand it a little, add VR touch up paint and apply clear.

Order them from Miller Infiniti ($7), then use VR touch up paint on em. That's what I did and it looks great

they'll mail you the plugs if you ask em..they are capped (like a mushroom cap) and are smaller than bumperplugs.com ones which I bought and are too big (and didn't match)
