I disagree with a lot of these statements. The other day I saw an SLR roadster with these "puddle lights," and it looked sick. It was interesting and a head turner....then again I think it was just the fact that it was an SLR! Do what you want.

An SLR is a different beast than a G. SLR doesn't need much more modding, and looks very mean, so I'd think the puddle lights wouldn't look bad on such an exotic over the top car as it is. Likewise, OEM Lambo's and Ferarri's woudn't look bad with them. But they are way differnt rides than ours.

I agree.....It is alright on some cars. My neighbor had a GL450 Brabus with them and it looked pretty sweet. I believe the lights only went on when the car was unlocked and when you open the door to get out.

thats what you say, but most ppl on this forum would say its too rice to put gay lights on such a high end car, You lucky they dont make fun of you for making such a statement, saying these dont look bad on a lambo or ferrari

Called the shop today and I'm gonna get it done this Thursday. The shop said it's not a problem to do. I'm only gonna have them come on when the car door opens or the car gets unlocked. it'll look sick. At least this way, it won't be on while I'm driving. Now I've just gotta make a decision on whether to go with blue or white...I think I'm leaning towards blue for effect

The sides only doesn't look too bad... but all-around is quite... odd. Post up some pictures when you get the chance -- it may turn out looking nicer than what we're all picturing.

Stay with white, remember... blue is for little ricer boys

I didnt read the thread but I hope you only do it on your sideskirts, and dont do more than 4 LED's on each side.

Yeah, I'm only going to go with the side skirts. Good point with not having any more than 4 LED's on each side. I'm having tons of work done to the car and can't wait 'till it's done. Btw...I was speaking with Chris and he's excited to have his lights done as well. How's our project coming together?

Will do. I'll make sure to mention that to them so that they're able to do a better job. I think it'll be a nice touch.
