I specifically asked for the orange strip! I know this is hard for you coastal folks to understand, but small-town cops will pull you over and fine you for anything at the end of the month if they haven't met their quota. They have bigger issues in big cities, but out here in the boonies they're just plain bored and looking for reasons to pull people over!

Joe, you're not the only one with tricks up your sleeve!! 
I went with pure white around the projector, and either amber or white LEDs (you'll have to ask Danny) under the amber plastic. I want the casual observer to think all of my mods are OEM. I try to keep everything as clean and classy as possible, so even the guys at the dealership start scratching their heads thinking, "Did Infiniti make that as a limited edition, or is that aftermarket?"

I'm not sure how you would find a clear strip to the replace amber piece. If that could be done, it would be far superior to what I have. I'm pretty sure you'd need to find someone who can custom fabricate a duplicate of the amber plastic in clear polycarbonate. It could be done, but I doubt it would be worth it. Ask Danny what he thinks...
