Question Windows tinting and clear bra

Hi,

Just got my brand new black G37s sedan windows tinted at Astro Eclipse in Placentia, CA and Jim did a really great job there (even offered me a lift if I needed one!). For those of you who want the Formula One Pinnacle (it's ceramic based), I got it at 290$ (other places quoted me over 400$...)

Now I have a question to those of you with a black G35/G37 with a clear bra. Is it worth it? Is it noticable in a dusty environment? I'm thinking about getting the bumper "braed" to minimize chipping (I have a G37s so it's the sport bumper).

Thanks.

For the most part, its not noticeable.

Unless there is dust lining the edge of the 3m, or your waxing your car and you happen to put wax along the edge of the clearbra. lol

I think its worth it. Ive had mine for over a year and a half now, and its still going strong. I do lots of highway driving, so im sure it has saved my hood from numerous rock chips... I cant say the same for my bumper though since I dont have it on there.. :S

get it =)

3M has too much orange peel. Go with VentureShield or ClearMask AR.

Must not be 3M then. Every installer in the industry will admit it has the most orange peel of any film out there... if they are being honest.
