What's the HID on stock headlights?

Just a quick question. For my '09 G37x coupe, what's the HID on the stock headlights? I'm thinking of upgrading the bulb and not sure what HID mine currently are. Thanks in advance for all your help!

usually oem are 4300K, 6000K is the best compromise between color and visibility.

Thanks Aliiin! Just the right info I was looking for! I'm hoping to find a comparison pic between 4300K vs. 6000K so I can see a side to side pic`

Xlack...wow dude! That's one hell of an informative post...I really appreciate it! I think based on those pictures, my best/safest bet is to go with the 6000K ones. I kinda like the bluish tone of the 8,000K, but it seems that most ppl prefer the 6000K due to better visibility.

Get 6000K, 5000K might give you better visibility because it's more yellow but I think 6000K offers a good balance between appearance and visibility.

Cool. Thanks Danny! Gonna go ahead with these for sure, but wondering what's the best brand. I've been hearing that Phillips Ultinons 6000k HID is the best brand to get. Would you agree?

I've never had them before but from what I've seen/read, those are the best. You can also get some from either HPAuto or Amplified as they come with warranties. YOu'd have to check with them for how long the warranty is though.
