Bat's Overlays on Black G37 anyone (night pics)?

Hey guys,

Believe me, I've searched through several pages on this specific item, but I was wondering if anyone has bat's overlays for the rear lights on a back G37. I'm specifically looking for night time pics to see how much light actually gets through. Last thing I want is to get pulled over. Bat replied back via e-mail saying with his darker 6/10 light is still quite visible and that there will be no affect on light output the gtr style kits. So I'd love to see pics of this to help me decide. Thanks!

Those are nice man...is that with the break light fully on? It's very important that I see exactly what it'll look like once the brake is pressed. Also, what dimensions did you get for those overlays?

no that is just with the headlights on and not pushing the brake.

i've never had any problems with cops with them. I have the darkest ones, the full tint ones.

I'm just a few clicks away from buying the overlays, but I'm wondering with less light being put out when you break, could it possibly increase the liklihood of someone not seeing the brake lights well enough? I mean anything that will tint the lights will appear darker, and therefore more dangerous....hmm...maybe I should just say screw it to this particular mod...

^^u'll be fine, the brakes are so bright due to being LEDs that it won't be an issue

Believe it or not, my darker 6/10 tint really isnt all that dark. Its equivalent to 20% tint. In fact, once in a while, I get people asking if I have anything darker than my 6/10. I tell them to double it . Sounds to me like my GTR Style would be best for you since no light is affected by the overlay. However, I've sported my 6/10 tint on my cars with NO isuues whatsoever. Never been pulled over here in San Diego, and believe me, cops are nitpicky down here.
