Guys for all of you who own the grubbs spoiler with the camera hole...did you have to drill holes through the trunk or just through the spoiler itself? I am a lease and want that spoiler so im not looking forward to drilling through my trunk lol

I have the grubbs without camera and when the dealership did the install they had to drill holes in the trunk.

 

i've always had to drill the trunk for any/every spoiler install i've done, never once have i had to drill the spoiler...

 

I didn't have to. I just used whatever holes could be used and make sure I tightened the bolts really good. Just make sure when you finally apply the double sided tape, that you have a really clean surface to ensure a good bond.

 

I have the Grubbs spoiler and had to drill the trunk but it comes with self tapping screws so its pretty easy.
