I'll try to be as brief as I could

I'm dying to get my headlights painted.. only problem is.. no one can do them properly over here.. The reputable shop I've been dealing with (did my wheels & grille) was honest enough to tell me that there's a chance of the headlights letting in air, enough to cause the inner area to fog up.. Which is a no no for me..

I'm thinking of buying those however, have them shipped to Igor hopefully who will do them like they should be done and then hopefully ship them over here.. Urgh I'm starting to hate living in Dubai!

Does that sound anywhere close to being practical/feasible? Or is the headache not worth it?

Being the only Iron-Manned G in the Middle East would sure feel good though..

Suggestions? Anyone?

I've got a set painted BO inside. If you want to buy them (you know me, I am a vendor, hopefully you trust me). If you want the Iron Man, I'd sell them to you, ship them to Ig0r, you pay him for the mod and have him ship them to you. Problem solved.

Go for it man, a lot of members have done that. Might cost a lot of ship to all these places and then to you... might wanna look in to that bro.

 

Sam lives in Dubai, he knows shipping is hella expensive. It's about $80 to ship domestically go he's going to take a bath on the shipping cost to Dubai no matter where he buys them from.

 

If you can't do without your car for a week or 2, buy a second set (maybe from BB since his is already painted), have the lights shipped to Igor, then have Igor ship it back to you once it's done.

Yeah, BB plan is the best sounding, but regardless it's going to come down to shipping charges, and I'm sure your already familiar with that. So if you can deal with the possible shipping nightmares, you'll be balling in M.E. with the only Ironman. Hell, if you don't like them I'm sure some other G owner out there will cough up double what you paid just to get the instant satisfaction.
