Which H1's to go with?

Anyone here have experience with PIAA, Nokya and/or Luminics H1 bulbs? Since there are no white bulbs (short of going with an HID fog light kit) that match the stock HID's, I'm looking into replacing the OEM fog lights with a set of yellow bulbs.

Hit up Andy @ HPA. PIAA H1 Ultra force or some like that. He knows better.

If you want something close to OEM headlights, the PIAA Xtreme Force is pretty close @ 4700K. That would be your best bet. Or if you want yellow, they also carry their Plasma Ion Yellow.

I just ordered some cheap bulbs off of ebay for like 10 bucks. They match the OEM 4300k perfect and I have had them for probably 6 months or more and run them constantly. They look great and are cheap so if they go out i'll just but another pair. I'll see if I can find the guy selling them and see if he's still got them.

Exactly my point. I'm all about quality and if I can get the same or better quality at about half the price (in this case a fraction), that would be great!

Wait, are you referring to the fog lights (H1 bulbs) or the parking light bulbs?

PIAA's were my first choice till I did a quick google search. Looks like other sites prefer Nokya's and Luminics. Thing is, I'd like to know what other G owners use/prefer. I'm leaning towards the PIAA's, but at half the price, the Luminic's and Nokya's are very tempting. Usually its a no brainer for me, but I have never really looked into "performance lighting".

Yeah, I'm reffering to the fog light (H1) bulbs. Not the parking lights. But for those I just went to Autozone and got some blue colored bulbs for like 3 bucks that match the fogs and headlights almost perfectly.

i was in the same boat as you and ordered luminics 2500k h1s. they have higher light output than the nokya and piaa. for fog and rain, the best color is yellow and we get a ton of fog here in jax.

PIAA H1. 2500K. Plasma Yellow. Actually very useful as real fogs, not just for bright color and show that throws glare all over the road and into oncoming drivers' eyes.

Nope, no ballast needed, these are just bulbs, not HID bulbs.

Alright, its down to the Luminics and the PIAA's. I'll wait till I get home tonight to decide.
